RPA / Automation Tester

As an Automation Tester at Lear, you will be performing end-to-end delivery of automations. You will be collaborating with process owners to convert business needs and requirements into automation solutions, primarily using UiPath and Tricentis Tosca , while also monitoring completed automations running in production.

Job Description

• Production fault investigation and resolution.
• Production bot maintenance and support.
• Business requirements gathering from non-technical individuals and teams.
• Design, develop, test, and support automations.
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and best practices in automation implementations.
• Create and maintain high quality technical and user documentation (PDD, SDD, etc).
