RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy and Planning

:

• Work with business unit stakeholders to map out current processes and assess their suitability for automation.
• Develop strategies to build a digital culture within the bank.

Business Performance and Management

:

• Analyse business process to identify gaps and opportunities for improvements / robotics automation.
• Document business requirements and redesign process for RPA (Purpose process improvement) and produce quality 'Solution Design Document' (SDD) with technical information relatable by RPA developers.
• Work with relevant stakeholders, process owners and RPA developers on process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing.
