RPG Developer

Technologies / Platforms:
RPG, ILE RPG, CL, IBM i, AS400, DB2, SQL, DDS

Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field.
• 3 years experience developing RPG applications on IBM i.
• Strong hands-on experience with RPG IV / ILE RPG programming.
• Proficiency in CL programming and batch job scheduling on AS400.
• Experience designing, querying, and maintaining DB2 databases.
• Ability to debug, test, and optimize RPG programs efficiently.
• Experience maintaining legacy IBM i / AS400 production systems.
• Knowledge of DDS for display files and printer file development.
• Experience integrating IBM i systems with modern applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication with technical teams.
