***This position is physically located in the Marshall Islands in support of LOGCAP***
Under the general direction of the Service Desk Lead, the RPIE Administrator II coordinates asset management physical inventory of all PWD Technical Exhibit assets, ensures assets are correctly labelled, and ensure that the physical inventory matches data in Maximo and GFEBS. # LI-CB1

Responsibilities

This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.

+ Coordinates necessary actions to ensure a 100% accountability of Public Works Department Technical Exhibit Assets.

+ Verifies inventory by ensuring the physical location matches the location in the system of record Maximo® and investigates discrepancies and/or adjusts errors.

+ For discrepancies found, prepares and reviews appropriate adjustment documentation.
