Description

The RPO Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process for U.S. healthcare professionals.

• Experience: At least 1–3 years in U.S. healthcare recruitment.
• Hiring Expertise: Must have experience recruiting U.S. healthcare professionals, particularly U.S. Registered Nurses (USRNs), U.S. Travel Nurses, Community Nurses, and other U.S. healthcare staffing roles.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Capable of handling sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for U.S. clients.
• Talent Pipeline Management: Builds and maintains pipelines of specialized clinical talent to support high-volume hiring needs.
• Sourcing Tools: Proficient in advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and healthcare databases.
• Compliance: Ensures candidates meet U.S. credentialing, licensure, and compliance standards.
