- 5+ years experience ServiceNow CMDB data model (CSDM)
- 5+ years experience ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM discovery & Service Mapping
Description:
Candidates for this role should have at least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis using ServiceNow. They should also have a broad knowledge of multiple technology domains, including network, infrastructure, and application architecture, as well as a good understanding of ITIL processes, and the part Configuration Management plays in service delivery.
