Description Responsibilities Provide the analysis, development and evaluation of new government-wide modernization strategies, plans and TSA direction, in order to recommend technology policies, standards and guidelines. Identify and facilitate the creation of enterprise-wide solution development standards, policies and guideline to support standardized practices, unify technologies, common technology stacks, share frameworks, methodologies, and patterns. Recommend and create framework for solution development standards and enforcement based on industry best practices and previous experience.
