Provide guidance/training and technical expertise to junior staff. 
Fulfil mandated Datacentre availability, reliability, efficiency and uptime service commitments. 
Engaging appropriate internal or external service provider resources, as required, to resolve issues in order to mitigate support failure and interruption to Datacentre operations.
