Deliverables: The Client seeks an experienced Change Management Specialist to support the cluster in its work with client ministries to improve the data literacy of their leadership and staff. Data-literate leadership and staff are central to supporting a data-driven organization that treats data as its greatest asset for delivering value to Ontarians. The cluster supports its client ministries in utilizing its data, improving information sharing, and developing better analytics to enhance government decision-making.
