RSM is looking for an Assurance Senior Associate specializing in non-profits. Your role will include managing audits, mentoring Audit Associates, and delivering first-rate client service. Understand complex financial needs while ensuring compliance with industry standards, all within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate high-quality audits for financial statements
• Develop sector-specific knowledge for client benefit
• Train and supervise junior team members effectively
• Identify key accounting issues and solutions
• Facilitate smooth client communication throughout audits
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of experience in public accounting
• Knowledge of ASPE, ASNPO, and GAAS regulations
