RSPO Sustainability Specialist (Bogotá)

Position Overview

The RSPO Sustainability Specialist will provide strategic sustainability support by developing and executing the sustainability program, objectives, initiatives, and strategies under the guidance of the Vice President of Integral Sourcing. The role will focus on supporting sustainability goals in the oleochemicals and renewable materials industry, particularly in palm oil derivatives, castor oil, glycerin, preservatives, and surfactants.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform sustainability audits for new and existing suppliers to evaluate sustainability performance and communicate findings to the sourcing team for supplier selection decisions.
• Responsible for Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) certification, RSPO portfolio growth, management of RSPO credits, and data to support the company’s leadership in RSPO membership.
