RTCDP Product Lead (Dallas, TX)

Position Overview

Blue Acorn iCi is looking for an RTCDP Product Lead to serve as a hands-on expert in Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP). This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and validating the data and identity foundation that supports segmentation, activation, personalization, and downstream orchestration across AJO, Marketo, AEM, CJA, and external destinations.

You will work closely with Enterprise Architects, AEP engineers, AJO/CJA consultants, and Adobe teams to bring enterprise CDP use cases to life. You will shape data models, identity strategies, ingestion pipelines, and activation workflows to ensure unified profiles and high-quality data powering customer experiences.
