Job Summary The RTO (Civil & Structural) will ensure compliance with the Building Control Act by supervising civil, structural, and M&E works, managing quality checks, and overseeing construction activities on site. Responsibilities Perform all site supervisor duties as mandated by the Building Control Act to ensure regulatory compliance. Verify that civil, structural, and M&E works conform to approved drawings, specifications, and statutory regulations.
