The R2 R Sr Accountant role is responsible for executing all relevant transactions associated with the General Ledger and the reconciliation of assigned accounts as per schedule, supporting other finance operations by providing timely reporting as needed. This role interacts with a wide range of internal stakeholders including other internal finance teams, senior accountants, and local business finance leads. The role will support the business by understanding and implementing improvements, assist standardization efforts, while moving towards to standard Manpower Group processes and procedures. Additionally, the Regional R2 R Sr Accountant will work collaboratively with internal and cross-functional Manpower Group teams at various levels, especially the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) R2 R team to fulfill responsibilities.
