What your work will involve

You will lead the organisation's workers compensation claims management and return to work (RTW) framework, ensuring injured workers are supported to recover and return to safe, meaningful work as early as practicable while minimising claim duration, cost and disruption to services. The role has a strong operational focus on end-to-end claims management, injury management, stakeholder coordination and compliance with workers compensation and WHS legislation.
