Job Description

Position Details
RTWSS is a WorkSafeBC funded service designed to assist injured workers in safely returning to their pre-injury employment. Duties include:
Completion of job site visits & job demands analyses

Developing & implementing graduated return to work plans

Liaising with healthcare team members & case managers

Implementing ergonomic strategies to facilitate durable RTW

RTW role can be combined with Community PT caseload
Qualifications
Minimum 1-year experience conducting Job Site Visits

Must have experience implementing GTRW plans

Current member of CPTBC or eligible for registration

Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with insurance payers is a strong asset

Experience with WorkSafeBC programs is desirable
