Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Rubber Compounding / Formulation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting rubber compound formulations, particularly in internal mixing and rubber compounding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, formulate, and optimize rubber compounds for various applications
• Handle rubber compounding and mixing processes, including internal mixer and open mill operations
• Work with elastomers such as EPDM, CR, AEM, ACM, and Halogenated Butyl Rubber
• Conduct formulation trials, testing, and analysis to meet product specifications and performance requirements
• Troubleshoot compounding and processing issues during production
• Support production teams in scaling up new formulations from laboratory to mass production
