Rubber Liner – Key Responsibilities

• Line interior of tanks, valves, pipes, and similar articles with rubber sheeting to prevent corrosion and contamination risks.
• Prepare surfaces for rubber lining by scraping, painting, and ensuring appropriate sandblasting.
• Test linings for holes and faulty seams.
• Carry out pulley lagging using various lagging materials.
• Operate plant and machinery, including vulcaniser presses, overhead cranes, winches, and belt winders.

Belt Splicer – Key Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns on customer sites.
