We are looking for a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to join our remote team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, efficient, and secure solutions. 
Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain applications using Ruby on Rails. 
Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services. 
Optimize application performance and scalability. 
Work with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL). 
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams for seamless integration. 
Troubleshoot and debug issues efficiently.
