My Kinda Limited are looking for an experienced Assistant Farm Manager who’s keen to grow, on a well-run 360-cow, System 4 dairy farm 25 minutes south of Te Awamutu. This is a 136 ha spring-calving farm with a 31 ha support block for heifers and young stock nearby. It’s rolling hill country gives this farm its character, milking through a 36-a-side herringbone in a twice-a-day system supported with in-shed feeding, and maize and grass silage grown on the home farm.

Role

You will be the farm owners right hand – helping plan and run a safe, efficient day-to-day operation and stepping up to lead when the farm owner is off farm.
