Job Description
This is a great opportunity for a physician looking to practice rural emergency medicine in the beautiful community of Deep River, situated along the Ottawa River and just two hours from the nation’s capital and big city amenities. This opportunity provides additional financial support based on eligibility through the Ministry’s Tier 1, Emergency Department Recruitment Program over a two year contract.
The eligible physician would have an independent practice license with CPSO and a valid OHIP billing number. Previously not having worked in an Emergency Department in Ontario in a full‑time position is acceptable; those in a part‑time position looking to increase to full‑time would be eligible.
