We are looking for experience for Russian Speaking Service Desk Analyst (Onsite) to support our US team.
Location: Onsite, Eton Centris
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: US Day shift
Responsibilities:
· Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems in Russian and English
· Log, track, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLA targets
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues
· Perform basic user account management (e.g., password resets, access requests, Active Directory support)
· Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate support teams
· Accurately document incidents, resolutions, and procedures
· Deliver high-quality customer service with professionalism and empathy
· Adhere to ITIL-based service desk processes
· Support onsite IT requirements as needed
