Junior Sales / RV Parts Outfitter

The RV Outfitter / Parts & Accessories sales specialist is a Parts Department position responsible for selling, quoting, and coordinating RV accessories and upgrade packages. Approximately 70% of the role is sales focused, assisting customers with outfitting their trailers, campers, and motorhomes with electrical, hitch, plumbing, heating, and lifestyle upgrades; with the remaining 30% focused on Inventory management and Parts ordering. This role works closely with Sales, Service and Parts to ensure accurate parts ordering, installation coordination, and customer follow-up. Weekend shifts are required.
