Job Summary

The Service Advisor serves as the primary liaison between customers and the service workshop. This role is responsible for understanding customer concerns, translating them into clear repair orders, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and assist customers with vehicle service and repair concerns
• Conduct initial vehicle inspections and accurately document customer complaints
• Prepare job orders, repair estimates, and service recommendations
• Explain diagnostic results, required repairs, costs, and timelines clearly to customers
