The Company
Our client is a Top-tier Chinese investment bank. Their mission is to provide first-class financial services to Coporates, institutions and individual wordwide. They offer a variety of financial services and advisory on investment banking, Fixed income, EQ, asset management, private EQ investment, wealth management as well as research.
The team
You will be joining the compliance team which consists of 60 poeple. There are 7 people in the secondary market team currently, and your direct report will be your team head. This role is an individual contributor.
Responsibilities
Offer compliance advice for the business activities in the Secondary Market
Update all the related compliance policies and manuals which are aligned with the regulatory requirement
Work closely with the KYC Compliance team for any compliance matters related to client on-boarding
