Job Description
Our company, inSitu Sales, works in the SaaS sector for wholesale distributors and manufacturers. We're looking for a Technical/Customer Support Specialist able to onboard new customers, and help manage any support tickets and/or chats that may come in.
This position will be handling support for both our English & Spanish speaking clients.
It's very important the applicant is comfortable communicating in English.
Since this job is primarily based on lengthy communication, we want to avoid any confusion for our users during calls.
Responsibilities
- Respond to users' inquiries.
- Direct customers to the available support resources when needed (videos, Zendesk support guides, blogs, etc).
- Identify areas that need further support or documentation resources.
- Help us retain users by making note of ones currently unsatisfied, or by addressing major needs through communication with developers.
