Your Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for:

• Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of customers
• Support customer onboarding, training, and early adoption of the platform
• Regularly review customer usage and proactively drive engagement
• Help customers understand insights from the platform and how to act on them
• Work with customers to align the platform to their business goals
