Position: SaaS Sales Representative (Remote)

Compensation: $1,000 USD/month base + uncapped commission

Schedule: U.S. business hours (EST/CST overlap)

We're a fast-growing U.S. software company providing subscription-based technology solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
This is our first outbound sales hire, and we're looking for a driven, English-fluent professional who's ready to grow with the business.
You'll help build our sales engine from the ground up. We don't just want someone to make calls — we want a future leader who can grow into management as our customer base scales.
What You'll Do
- Prospect new business through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Book demos and assist in closing new clients (avg. deal = $300-900/month subscription).
