We're looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Customer Training Specialist to lead daily group training sessions for clients of all sizes: from individual users to larger, strategic accounts. This role is instrumental in ensuring our customers gain the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed with our platform.
You will be responsible for managing, designing and executing engaging, outcome-oriented training sessions, summarizing attendance and results, and continuously refining the training experience.
