OVERVIEW:


Reporting to the Director of Services, the Sacred Care Support Worker Supervisor is responsible for the effective leadership, management, and supervision of Sacred Care Support Workers within the Sacred Care Program. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, culturally grounded care and support to Sacred Care homes. The Supervisor provides program leadership, supports staff development, oversees program operations, and maintains strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Staff Leadership & Supervision

  • Identify staffing needs and collaborate with the Director of Services to recruit, hire, and onboard staff
