Based in Portland Oregon, we work primarily in the 11-western states with regional offices in Reno, NV; Phoenix, AZ; Concord, CA; and Salt Lake City, UT.

As a Safety Administrative Assistant , you will be working with our corporate safety team with administrative tasks at Harder’s Phoenix Central office.

You will be responsible for supporting the Arizona safety team in all administrative and document control support.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a high attention to detail, strong time management skills, and experience working in dynamic team environments.  Work schedule and hours:

• Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm.
