Safety Administrator

Purpose of Role

To provide administrative support to the Safety, Health, and Environment team by completing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of safety, health, and environmental compliance processes, to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible work environment.

Data Collection and Reporting

• Capture risk audits, IsoMetrxi, and other safety data in the appropriate database so as to centralise and improve accessibility of data for informed decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive register of actions that requires attention, by maintaining effective action trackers, to eliminate actions that are not closed out or given attention.
• Capture and collate all safety, health and environment (SHE) related data and information through the use of a comprehensive and well‑organised data collection and collation process, to provide a solid foundation for informed decision‑making.
