Safety Advisor

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor to drive best-practice safety outcomes across complex construction environments. This is a key role partnering with project teams and leadership to embed a proactive, high-performing safety culture.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of WHS policies, systems, and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections to ensure compliance
• Develop and manage Construction Safety Management Plans
• Investigate incidents and near misses, driving continuous improvement
• Analyse safety data (e.g. TRIFR/LTIFR) to inform decision-making
• Provide expert advice to stakeholders and influence safe work practices
• Support subcontractor compliance and site safety integration
• Deliver training and promote wellbeing and mental health initiatives
