Design Sheet Metal is seeking a proactive Safety Advisor to lead health, safety, and workers’ compensation across our Victorian operations, overseeing and supporting two key sites: Bayswater and Laverton.

You’ll partner with operational managers to build a strong safety culture, protect our people, and drive measurable improvements in workplace performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and implement safety policies, procedures, and SOPs across multiple sites
• Build consistent, practical safety solutions that deliver results
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
• Coach and advise operational leaders on safety best practice
