Safety Advisor

The Safety Advisor, reporting to the HSE Manager, will serve as the primary on‑site safety support for an assigned active construction project. This position is a fully site‑based role and requires the employee to regularly and consistently perform their duties on active construction sites. The Safety Advisor will collaborate closely with project team members, trades, and subcontractors to support safe construction operations. Additional support for other active project sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform the majority of duties on active construction sites and maintain a consistent on‑site presence throughout all phases of construction activities.
• Monitor daily site operations, trade activities, and field conditions to ensure ongoing compliance with company safety standards and WorkSafeBC regulations.
