Safety and Security Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular roving inspections within the project site to identify unsafe acts or conditions involving employees, subcontractors, or visitors.
• Monitor adherence to established safety protocols, site regulations, and emergency procedures to prevent accidents or hazards.
• Provide immediate recommendations and guidance on corrective actions when unsafe conditions are observed.
• Oversee the overall security posture on-site, ensuring security personnel are properly deployed and performing duties effectively.
• Monitor security communications, including group chats, to address safety and security concerns promptly.
• Report incidents, hazards, or irregularities to management and maintain accurate safety/security records.
