Safety Assistant Manager

Skills and Competencies Required:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction safety for:

Medium- to high-rise buildings

Fit out and interior works

Strong knowledge of:

✓ Philippine OSH Law (RA 11058) and DOLE DO 198-18

✓ Construction HSE standards

✓ Japanese construction safety systems (advantage)

• Proven leadership experience managing multiple project sites
• Strong documentation, training, and audit capability

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred) or any safety-related course
• Certified Safety Professional (DOLE-accredited SO3/SO4 or equivalent
