Safety Assistant Manager

Skills and Competencies Required:
Minimum 5 years' experience in construction safety for:
Medium- to high-rise buildings
Fit out and interior works
Strong knowledge of:
✓ Philippine OSH Law (RA and DOLE DO 198-18
✓ Construction HSE standards
✓ Japanese construction safety systems (advantage)
Proven leadership experience managing multiple project sites
Strong documentation, training, and audit capability
Duties and Responsibilities
1. HSE Leadership & Governance
Develop, implement, and enforce the Project HSE Plan across all sites.
Ensure full compliance with:
Philippine OSH Laws and DOLE regulations
Client safety requirements
Company HSE policies and procedures
Serve as the highest safety authority at project level.
Lead and mentor Safety Officers and site safety staff.
