Safety Assistant Manager

Skills and Competencies Required:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction safety for:

Medium- to high-rise buildings

Fit out and interior works

Strong knowledge of:

✓ Philippine OSH Law (RA and DOLE DO 198-18

✓ Construction HSE standards

✓ Japanese construction safety systems (advantage)

• Proven leadership experience managing multiple project sites
• Strong documentation, training, and audit capability

Duties and Responsibilities

1. HSE Leadership & Governance

• Develop, implement, and enforce the Project HSE Plan across all sites.
• Ensure full compliance with:

Philippine OSH Laws and DOLE regulations

Client safety requirements

Company HSE policies and procedures

• Serve as the highest safety authority at project level.
• Lead and mentor Safety Officers and site safety staff.
