Safety Associate - sept-îles (Sept-Iles)

Our client, a growing organization with operations in British Columbia, is seeking a Safety Associate to help support a safe, compliant, and engaged workplace. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a safety professional who enjoys partnering with employees and leadership teams to promote best practices, support training initiatives, and contribute to a positive safety culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the execution and continuous improvement of workplace health and safety initiatives.
• Assist with employee training, onboarding, and safety awareness programs.
• Participate in workplace inspections and help identify opportunities to reduce risk.
• Support incident reporting, documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Help maintain safety records, certifications, and compliance-related documentation.
• Collaborate with leaders and employees to encourage safe work practices and proactive hazard identification.
