Safety Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Safety Business Partner to join a local council in the South East Suburbs for a 3-month parental leave contract, commencing March.

This is a senior, hands-on role suited to a pragmatic safety professional who enjoys true business partnering, coaching leaders, and driving continuous improvement across health, safety and wellbeing.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of People, Health, Safety & Wellbeing, you will provide expert advice across occupational health and safety, ensuring compliance while supporting leaders to build strong, practical safety capability.
