Safety Compliance Manager

NOR-CAN EXPRESS INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Safety & Compliance Manager to oversee and maintain all transportation safety, regulatory compliance, and fleet compliance operations for our growing transportation company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with provincial, federal, and cross-border transportation regulations while promoting a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

Position Summary

This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, driver safety, regulatory compliance, and company reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Safety & Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure company compliance with National Safety Code (NSC), CVSE regulations, DOT/FMCSA regulations, Hours of Service (HOS), ELD compliance, Cross-border transportation requirements.
