Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective implementation of procedures and processes is in conformance to standards.
• Continuously promote awareness of project requirements as well as ESH practices throughout the project site and ensure that it is observed and adhered by the site and relevant parties at all times.
• Provide sound advice and guidance to the project team to support the effective operations of the ESH Management System.
• Continuously improve the ESH Management System by coordinating or conducting regular internal audits, awareness briefings, training, and induction programmes.
• Assist the Person-In-Charge to comply with the Project ESH Management Plan.
• Assign, coach and monitor sub-ordinates work and performances.
• Monitor and expedite activities related to the monthly ESH Meetings and notification to relevant authorities.
