SAFETY COORDINATOR/FALL PREVENTIONIST job duties: 

Attend morning meetings, verify orders after morning meeting, administer all residents and staff for TB,Flu,Hep.B and log results,complete incident report tracking,care Plan the interventions,On Call rotations, follow up on review of mars and tars on assigned hall,Med cart and med room checks monthly,help review, ASSIST WITH NEW ADMISSIONS Must be an  RN in good standing, Monday thru Friday  8am-5pm Compensation  based on experience,, but willing to train the right person.
