ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The EHS Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving health and safety programs to achieve full compliance and zero incidents. This role proactively drives continuous improvement, EHS cultural excellence, and sustainability initiatives, while supporting the management team in executing 3M EHS priorities, metrics, goals, and requirements. The EHS Engineer ensures compliance with applicable regulations and 3M policies by conducting EHS training, inspections, and risk assessments, and by effectively executing site EHS programs.
