Safety Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and safety-driven professional to join our underground mining operations team. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in mining industry who are looking to build their expertise in underground safety management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and monitoring safety policies for underground operations.
• Conduct routine underground inspections to identify hazards related to ground stability, ventilation, confined spaces, blasting, and equipment operation.
• Support incident investigations and prepare necessary documentation.
• Monitor compliance with PPE, safe work procedures, and underground safety protocols.
• Assist in conducting safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and BOSH-related training.
