OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Health and Safety Business Partner provides expert support and
guidance to workers and business unit leaders on WHS matters, fostering
strong safety leadership across the organisation. The role promotes
proactive risk management by embedding and monitoring systems that
address critical risks and drive continuous improvement. They work with
leaders to facilitate post-incident learning investigations, uncover
root causes, and support a just culture of accountability. Through WHSMS
reporting, analysis and auditing activities they deliver insights that
