Net Pacific, Inc. is seeking an experienced Safety Head to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As the Safety Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the health, safety, and environmental policies and practices across our mining operations. This is a full-time position that is crucial in ensuring the wellbeing of our employees and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive health, safety, and environmental management systems
• Conducting regular risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to address identified hazards
• Providing training and support to all employees on safety protocols and best practices
• Investigating and reporting on any incidents or near-misses, and implementing corrective actions
