safety & health coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

Safety & Health Coordinator is responsible for ensuring effective implementation of Occupational Safety & Health and plant security operations at Cypark SMART WTE, LTM through continuous monitoring, supervision, compliance enforcement, and reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Safety & Health Management

• Conduct daily safety inspections, hazard observations, safe work practice checks, and Permit to Work (PTW) monitoring to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in the preparation and review of HIRARC, conduct safety audits, and participate in accident/incident investigations including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, safety briefings, and coordinate emergency response drills.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (OSHA 1994 – Act 514), relevant regulations, and company SOPs and procedures.
