About the Team: Our Trust & Safety team is dedicated to protecting our online community. We combine human expertise and machine-based moderation to identify and remove harmful content quickly—often before it reaches users. Within this, our Safety Labeling Operations team focuses on reviewing and labeling sensitive content, which may include violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism, or child endangerment. The team plays a vital role in auditing content, identifying errors, and ensuring accuracy, all of which strengthen our overall moderation efforts.
